Brown Paper Tickets

Brown Paper Tickets is here to change the ticketing industry. Years of unfair pricing and mediocre service have resulted in these practices becoming the norm. No longer. Leading by example, Brown Paper Tickets will guide the industry into a new era of affordable ticketing and quality service. Others in the industry will be forced to change their ways or lose the markets they currently dominate.

Our ticketing Bill of Rights is the guide by which our business is run and we encourage others in the industry to adopt these practices. This Bill protects the ticket seller as well as the ticket buyer, by providing an even playing field for event producers of any size and in any industry.

Brown Paper Tickets' Bill of Rights

1. Service fees should be fair and consistent
All of our points of sale have the same low fee.

2. There should never be any setup costs
We believe in you and your event. If your event is successful, then we're successful.

3. All services are available to everyone
If a tool is useful, why restrict access?

4. No minimum sales requirements
It's your event. From dinner for eight, a concert for 10,000 - it's your event.

5. Changing your event should be easy and free
In the real world, things change. You should be able to make changes to your event quickly, easily, and without paying additional fees.

6. No marketing restrictions
As the event producer, you know best how to market your event. We won't limit you in any way.

7. Privacy and Choice
You have the right to your privacy as a customer, and the choice to communicate with the producer of a show.

8. Good Business
You have the right to work with a business that treats its customers and clients in a fair and ethical way.
